Shoes Saves Foundation Newsletter

July 5, 2018

Hello friends and sponsors. What a great day in July. Well, it’s that time again, preparation for Independence Day or what we locals like to call the 4’Th of July. Of course, Independence Day, surrounds our nations quest and fight for independence from Great Britain. As such, there is so much planned for this year’s 4’Th of July celebrations, that; I don’t know where to begin. To simply things, and for your convenience, I have added a few websites that provide all the upcoming events for the calendar month of July in Michigan and accross this great nation. Please visit: https://www.michigan.org/events/month/2018-07 and https://expatexplore.com/blog/15-americas-top-annual-events/,
to find all the Independence Day celebrations scheduled for the month of July, as well as; an entire list of monthly events for the summer, and Happy 4'Th of July. In addition, please remember to contact us about the sports and youth programs going on this summer. Also, there is always someone available to chat with you about employment opportunities, and updating resumes; on a regular basis, here at the Shoes Saves Foundation. Finally, please remember to keep our ministry, our staff, and our management in your prayers throughout the year, as prayer does truly change things; and don't forget to get outside this summer and take in the sunshine, or just take a little walk, or a bike ride. Just make sure you soak in the great weather. God is great. Praise the Lord.

Also, don’t forget to send in your much needed donations, as so many depend on them; and our goal is to help as many as we can, while also continuing our building renovation project. Also, if you would like to send in your monthly tithes and offerings, you may do so by following the instructions on the donations tab. Our scripture reading for the month of July, comes from the book of Matthew chapter 24, verse 32, which says: “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near.” The first official day of summer began June 21, 2018, so of your own blessings, have a great summer.

Reverend Joi Karla Hubert

With the love of Christ, remember God is Good.

Recite Joi's Prayer below for those who love to pray their own way
through any situation:

Lord Elohim, help us through this time and bring us to our correct and
rightful place. Remove all demonic forces from around us and those who
heed their call. You are righteous and just, and a guiding force through
darkness. We also ask you to cleanse and purify all that we eat and
drink, on a daily basis. Lord God of all the heavens and earth, I
believe in my heart that Jesus is the son of God, and confess with my
own mouth: Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior. Jehovah God, you answer
the prayers of those who ask and call on you in the name of the Messiah.
Bless us with right standing Lord, bless us with health and strength
Lord, and help us meet all requirements of our own daily existence.
Shine us up Lord, and remember us Lord, and take us on wings of glory
where we should go, stay and remain; in Jesus name Ben Elohim Al Akbar.
Amen and Amen.
