Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, January. This January 2024, like all Januarys, I’m so happy; as January is my birthday month, so yeah for me. In addition, to my birthday; January signifies, the month of new beginnings. We often say in the month of January, “I’m going to make such, and such; my New Year’s resolution.” Then we either get up, and stick to our own New Year’s resolution, or we don’t. Keeping that in mind, we here at The Shoes Saves Foundation, are asking people to email us, what their New Year’s resolution is, and we’ll share that with our community of readers, by posting them. Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, February. This February 2024, we are happy to be a part of the day of love, Valentine’s Day 2024. This Valentines Day, 2024, we expect, will be, especially great; as the community has been chiming in with ideas, for the love of your own heart. The normal plans of a romantic dinner, chocolates, and romantic gifts, are a typical style way to celebrate, as we all know. If you, however; have an unusual, and out of the ordinary way of celebrating Valentine’s Day, drop us a dime, and let us know what your plans are. Also, as this is the month of February, The Shoes Saves Foundation theme of the year is ready to be announced. We are happy to report, Easter 2024, was a major success, as well as; the weather held up, and it turned out to be, a beautiful, and pleasant day, full sunshine, and laughter. As we turn our focus, to the spring time calendar of events, that means, it is time to begin placing our own attention on Cinco De Mayo, Mother’s Day, and then Father’s Day. Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, May. There is a lot going on this May, 2024, so let’s jump right in. This Sunday, 05/12/24, is Mother’s Day, so, happy Mother’s Day. For all the Mothers out there, don’t forget to do something for you, this Mother’s Day. Here at The Shoes Saves Foundation, we decided to conduct a survey on the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day, here are the top five things our survey revealed:

Go out to dinner / have dinner brought in.

Go to the spa and have a facial / body wrap.

Go on a weekend getaway.

Get a manny, and petty.

Get some much needed sleep / rest

If you have other ground shaking plans, send us an email, at shoessaves@yahoo.com, and let us know, and next year; we’ll tally your ideas, for our Mother’s Day, event vote. Also, don’t forget, this May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Remember, don’t take your own mental health for granted, as all mental health issues are serious, and can be treated with medication, therapy, dietary habits, exercise, or prayer. Any combination of the above, are good ideas to consider, for your own path, to a healthier you. With that being said, praise The Lord.

1 Timothy, chapter 5, verse 1-4; which says: "Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father. Treat younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with absolute purity.

Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need. But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God."

Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, happy, June. We have a lot to talk about today, so let’s jump right in. This being the beautiful month of June, that means; we are looking forward to Father’s Day. That being said, happy Father’s Day, to all the wonderful, responsible, genuinely loving, fathers out there. Don’t forget, this year, to celebrate all the wonderful fathers on Sunday, June 16’th, 2024. Also, I’ve been researching some fun summer ideas, as something to break up the monotony of the same old summertime activities, we often do each year. Then, I had an epiphany, summertime fun at a lodge/resort . There are several lodges in Michigan, that offer great fun, and tremendous amenities. By simply googling, Michigan area lodges, a number of different lodges came up. Some of them had, in/outdoor pools, hot tubs, golf courses, nearby, or at facility shops, a tun of restaurants, bike/hiking trails, a marina, paddle boating, suites for overnight stays, and nearby towns to explore. It is also important to mention, some of these lodges have ski resort activities on site, for the winter months as well. Many of the lodges had ski lifts, ski slopes, and snowboarding as well. My final thought on going lodging is, this might be an excellent option for the dads out there, concerning Father’s Day. Hebrews, chapter 12, verse 5-10; which says:

“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline,

and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines the one he loves,

and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son. Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? If you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live!”

Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, July 2024. Today is July 10’Th, therefore; I trust, you had a great 4’Th of July. Our own nation, is very proud to be yet another year old this year, and the Independence Day celebrations, are always a must, however; let’s do our best to be careful with all fireworks, during the holiday season. Since most of us are not the scientists, companies who manufacture fireworks, or pyrotechnic experts, please be careful of, not only your own environment, but the personal environment, and property lines of others. I can’t tell you how many reports I saw on the news about houses being completely destroyed, due to inappropriate use of fireworks this 4’Th of July season, 2024. Let’s allow the experts to address fireworks, in a controlled environment only. This way, we can physically view the fireworks person, or on television. In addition, let’s encourage all, or as many who want to, in local municipalities, to put on their own

fireworks display. In that regard, one might be able to visit as many fireworks displays as possible, starting roughly the week before the 4’Th of July, through Independence Day itself. Please give this some careful consideration. Praise The Lord.

Isaiah, chapter 50, verse 11; which says: “But now, all you who light fires and provide yourselves with flaming torches, go, walk in the light of your fires and of the torches you have set ablaze. This is what you shall receive from my hand: You will lie down in torment.”

From my August 9, 2024, Instagram post under the name: Reverendjoikarla, look for the picture of the television.

This is Reverend Joi Karla Hubert directly speaking, that's important to mention as, sometimes others write Instagram messages for people professionally. I discovered recently, all television personnel has a way to get into all homes, and offices around the world with their own spirit-man. When I say all TV personnel, I'm referring to those who are on camera, and not those behind the camera who you do not see. The TV personnel simply look into the lens, of the camera in a certain way, and they then can slip their own spirit-man under any door anywhere on the planet. Now, that may sound obvious to those who read this; as, personnel on TV should look at the camera sometimes. However, this is a spell, that allows access into any building worldwide. They also slip under all doors, with their own spirit-man, with a practice of 1,800.00 times under any door. Like one times 1,800.00 equals 1,800.00. All TV personnel who is regularly filmed, including all politicians, are aware, and regularly practicing this style behavior, as well. This does also include all commercials on TV, in terms of all commercials that hire personnel as well.

Also, those behind the camera, in the TV process, are aware, and encouraging those on film to practice this illegal, and immoral behavior regularly. So that a person can use their own spirit-man like a weapon. I have one world for white America, “Shinola”. I have three words for people of color in America, “Short Tail Knowledge”. For those who were aware of the problem, and did not agree with this practice, who were to afraid to fight film, and television, who also put me in the middle of a fight I did not sign up for, or agree to, your ass is next. I’m going to have several things, got me; me & my own, are going to be left alone. Leave me alone. I don’t want to be bothered. "Bye."

Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, happy, September 2024. As you all know, next month starts our annual Octoberfest initiative. Our Octoberfest celebration starts on October 1, 2024; and ends at midnight October 31, 2024. Of course, here at The Shoes Saves Foundation Ministries, Octoberfest is not a drinking holiday, as celebrated in some areas around the world, however; Octoberfest celebrates the community, and focuses on bringing us together as a people, as together we can make a change. For more details, see our current events tab. Also, more to come in next month’s newsletter concerning, Octoberfest 2024. In addition, for all you last minute shoppers out there, just a quick reminder, there are several retailers, who are advertising back to school sales. Walmart, CVS, Aldi’s, and several other nationwide retailers, are advertising sales, and typically conduct weekly sales; for other useful products, as well. With that being said, happy back to school, to all the students, and the educators involved in the 2024/2025 school year. Praise The Lord.

Proverbs, chapter 1, verse 1-5; which says: “The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel: for gaining wisdom and instruction;

for understanding words of insight; for receiving instruction in prudent behavior,

Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy October 2024. As you guessed it, it is Octoberfest 2024, yeah! Now don’t get alarmed, because; Octoberfest as we celebrate it, does not include a drinking festival. Octoberfest, for us, is a celebration of community, and at the end of the month we celebrate with a harvest party, acknowledging God’s goodness, as we have witnessed the season changing.

Don't forget about Octoberfest 2024, and every year: This October 1 through 31, is Octoberfest. Octoberfest focuses of community, and has a specific theme this year of

"Make your own plans for the future, and prepare your own self, according to your own plans, as it is your own accomplishments". We, The Shoes Saves Foundation staff, management, and sponsors, want to encourage our neighbors; and community to remember to look out for the safety of all those around us in the community this October, and all year long. This means watching out for the kids who walk by in the morning going to the bus stop, or helping an elderly neighbor cross the street. Remember, to watch out for all unoccupied houses, during the Halloween season as well. When we help each other; the community grows and flourishes. Then we end the month, with a celebration of nature’s goodness; for the season changes, as fall has begun. Remember our community focus of "Make your own plans for the future, and prepare your own self, according to your own plans, as it is your own accomplishments", and together we can make a difference. Join us in celebrating, our very own version, of Octoberfest, this year 2024.

Galatians, chapter 6, verse 9; which says: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, happy November 2024. Let’s start by talking about Octoberfest 2024, which was a huge success, so thanks to all that participated this year. For those who do not know, for us here at The Shoes Saves Foundation, Octoberfest is not a drinking holiday, but a celebration of the community. Please see Newsletter-123 for more information. Also, of course; November means Daylight-Savings Time (Sunday -11/03/24), as well as, Thanksgiving (Thursday - 11/28/24). That being said, happy Daylight Savings, and Thanksgiving, 2024. Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, December 2024. This has been a tremendous, and terrific year, it’s amazing it’s almost over, however; let’s start with some lovely holiday cheer. With that said, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year. Of course, with the new year of 2025, we also are going to get a new president, President Trump. We anticipate good things coming in the Trump administration, and hopefully our Spidi-sense is correct. We know there are a lot of issues that require being sorted, but we believe the Trump administration shall rise to the occasion. With that being said, we look to the new year with promising anticipation, for good things to come. In addition, the new year brings, a new yearly theme, to be announced in February of 2025. We are finalizing the last couple of ideas for our Shoes Saves Foundation theme of the year, and can’t wait to announce it in February 2025. Let’s make this a great, and safe holiday season, an awesome 2025. Praise The Lord.
